To whom it may concern I would like to take this opportunity to write to you and thank you for excellent service delivered by your staff. It is indeed a pleasure in this day and age to find a company in Cape Town that prides itself on service and that delivers on promises made. I would especially like to thank Julian Tetlow for his input into the job completed at our home and look forward to doing business again with Boss Paving in the future. Rest assured your services will be recommended to all friends and family should the need arise for any paving to be done. Thanks once again Kind Regards Michael Simkins
Brick has been an absolute favorite paving material for many years and still retains its elegance today. It is more traditionally used and laid out in patters such as the basket weave or herringbone. Laying Bricks down on a mixture of dry concrete and sand allows it to be flexible in case of the ground swelling or movement. Bricks are priced by square meter, making it a cost-effective option.
With the feeling of Europe and Venice, there is nothing more rusting, beautiful and durable than Cobblestones; surely you agree. Walkways that are paved with cobblestones all around the globe carry huge amounts of foot traffic with ease, let alone the timeless elegance. To ensure a non-slide surface, cobblestones are treated with a sawn or split finish. You can select from various sizes; 4″ x 4″ x 4″ cubes or 4″ x 4″ x 8″ rectangles. It need not be elaborated why it is a more expensive option and sometimes not as readily in stock.
With a selection of blue stone, individual stepping stones or flag stone pavers you are in for an absolute treat when selecting these. The larger a blue stone the thicker it is and thus it prevents cracking. Blue stone is similar to sand stone, but has a brownish or greenish-blue appearance. Flag stone comes in smaller sizes, but with a large assortment of colours ranging from brown to green to gray, creativity is the only limit to what can be created.
